Why I practice:
Pilates drops me into my deep-listening brain. After moving through a Pilates practice, I feel both challenged and integrated into my body’s optimal movement patterns. I show up to the reformer because the work keeps me integrated and generous.
Why I teach:
I’m of the mindset that, with time, anyone can be an advanced mover. My goal as a teacher is to assist my clients in feeling empowered and curious in their movement practice. I use imagery, playfulness, and specific instruction to flow bodies through challenging Pilates sequences.
What to expect in my class:
My class is both chill and challenging. I keep the flow slow while pushing the reps and difficulty within each variation. By the end of class you will stand fatigued and invigorated.
