Studio Policies
All classes & private sessions require an account and valid credit card on file to confirm your reservation. Your payment method must be on file 24 hours prior to your service and payment is due at the time of your visit.
If you don’t have a payment option chosen at the time of service you’ll be charged for a single session or, depending on your visit history, for another of the most recent payment option you’ve recently purchased.
If we haven’t heard from you or you haven’t updated your credit card on file 24 hours before your session, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. You will be notified of the cancellation via email.
Fort Pilates enforces a 24 hour cancellation policy for all privates/duets and a 12 hour cancellation policy for all classes.
All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time and classes must be cancelled 12 hours prior to the scheduled time.
Cancellations or no shows that occur less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time for private/duet sessions and 12 hours prior to the scheduled time for classes will be charged in full.
Appointments rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled time will be treated as a new appointment and charged accordingly.
We cannot allow late admittance into class. No client will be admitted to class after the 10-minute cut off has lapsed. Once class has begun you will have forfeited your reservation and will be charged in full.
If you’re running late or need to update us about your arrival time for a private session, we ask that you call or email the studio as soon as you can. If we haven’t heard from you 20 minutes after your session start time we will consider your session a late cancellation and your instructor is free to leave the studio.
For our pregnant clients: After your first trimester, we kindly ask you take prenatal reformer and private sessions only. If you have questions regarding our prenatal policy please contact info@fortpilates.com
Fort Pilates reserves the right to provide a substitute instructor for all classes without prior notice.
Fort Pilates does not offer refunds or exchanges on any service or retail item that is purchased.
All packages are activated on the date of the first class/private session attended. Packages are valid for 90 days.
The waitlist:
To utilize the waitlist function you must have a phone number on file and your email alerts turned on.
A valid payment option must be available when added to the waitlist and payment is due at the time of service.
Class openings may become available up to 1 hour prior to the start of class.
If an opening occurs more than 12 hours prior to class, you will be automatically added into the class. You are responsible for cancelling yourself out if you do not wish to attend class at that time. Our cancellation policy will apply.
If an opening occurs less than 12 hours prior to the class, we will contact you directly by phone and/or email to confirm your spot. If you do not wish to attend class at that time, our cancellation policy will not apply.
If you are not added to class, any unused payment options will be applied to your account for future use.
