At Fort Pilates, we believe that movement is the foundation for a healthy way of being. We teach Pilates as an integrative longevity practice. It’s an imprint to take with you, a practice that brings your attention to the moment, starting with the physical and extending into the metaphysical.

Rather than focus on optimizing a single body part, each class treats the body as a holistic system. Through fluid and functional sequencing, our instructors work with the body’s natural intelligence to bring the body and mind into alignment.
