Why I Practice:

I practice to stay strong, mobile and confident in my physical body. Pilates is a lifelong practice that I continue learning from and have fun doing. No matter what season of life I’m in, I can always return to Pilates to help me find ease, recovery and support.

Why I Teach:

I teach to share knowledge! My teaching is inspired by a decade of dancing and practicing modalities such as Pilates, Yoga, and Feldenkrais. Sometimes movement clicks immediately, and other times it takes hearing or feeling an idea several different ways. I enjoy helping clients develop their practices and discover more with each session or class.

What to expect in my class:

Expect a class that not only build strengths but explores it. Through breath and a dose of anatomical awareness my classes move through options and progressions designed for many movement backgrounds.
