CRM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced CRM Consultant to help design and implement an automated client journey using Mindbody and Attentive.

The ideal candidate will have experience integrating client management and marketing automation systems to improve customer engagement, retention, and conversion.

PROJECT TYPE: Contractor

TIMELINE: Immediate start preferred


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set up and optimize automated customer journeys

  • Integrate Mindbody with Attentive for SMS and marketing automation

  • Create workflows for lead capture, onboarding, follow-ups, promotions, and re-engagement

  • Segment customer audiences and build targeted campaigns

  • Ensure automations are functioning properly and provide basic documentation/training

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with Mindbody and Attentive or software alike

  • Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation

  • Experience creating automated workflows and customer lifecycle campaigns

  • Ability to troubleshoot integrations and automation issues

  • Excellent communication and project management skills
