Why I Practice:

I practice GYROTONIC® because no matter how my body is feeling, GYROTONIC® is available to me and each time I return to it I feel more connected to myself, my inner strength and the world around me. If I wake up one morning and can hardly move my neck I have the principles of the GYROTONIC® Expansion System to help me find approachable movement and connection with my body. I also use it as a cross-training for dance and a way to help my body feel safe when recovering from injuries. GYROTONIC® has helped restore trust in my body and it is also a practice where there is always room for growth and I love that.

Why I Teach:

I teach because I can't help but share this amazing practice! I believe in the powerful exchange that can happen between the client and teacher and I love helping people feel good in their bodies. I love helping clients towards their goals and meeting each individual exactly where they are at in their movement journey. I know what it is like to feel disconnected, stuck, in chronic pain, and craving movement or knowing simply that movement is good for you and wanting guidance in restoring connection and getting back to doing what you love. I also know what it is like to feel complete joy and trust in my body and I love getting to share my passion for how good movement can feel with others.
