Why I practice:
Pilates has helped me develop a healthier relationship with my body and a deeper understanding of and appreciation for all that it’s capable of.
Why I teach:
I’m fascinated by the human body, all that it does and all that it’s capable of, and I want to share that with others. I believe that creating an inclusive and accessible space is the most important part of my job as a teacher, so I try to make all of my classes and sessions a safe space for people to explore movement and dive into physical challenges. I also believe that movement is integral to leading a long, healthy, and independent life, and I want to help everyone achieve that..
What to expect in my class:
In my class you can expect to work on endurance and strength training in safe and accessible ways. You’ll sweat, you’ll laugh, and together we’ll work on longevity for your current and future selves.
