Why I practice:
Over the past few years, I’ve been on a healing journey, with Pilates playing a significant role in my growth. This practice has helped me balance my nervous system, rehabilitate injuries, and discover new pathways of movement within my body. As a Dance Artist, I use Pilates as one of many forms of mindful movement to support my artistic expression and overall well-being.
Why I teach:
I aim to provide individuals with tools to connect to their bodies in both anatomical and joyful ways. I enjoy creating a welcoming and challenging space where curiosity can thrive for all bodies.
What to expect in my class:
My classes offer a full-bodied practice designed to leave you feeling grounded, uplifted, and ready to take on the rest of your day. I provide layered progressions, allowing you to find the level that best suits your needs.
