Why I practice:
In my personal pursuit of wisdom through movement, I practice Pilates and Gyrotonic® to rectify misalignments and habits developed during years as a performer. These systems provide avenues for understanding, healing and evolving mentally and physically, fostering continual personal growth.
Why I teach:
I teach because I see movement as the essence of our physical expression. Each individual’s journey toward discovering their possibilities is crucial for well being. Teaching allows me to impart knowledge, aiding clients in self-discovery, understanding their physical habits, and expanding their physical beliefs. As this understanding unfolds, transformations in range of motion, alignment, stagnations become beneficial in their daily lives, contributing to improved physical and mental health.
What to expect in my class:
In my classes, we will focus on posture improvement, alignment, and joint mobility with an accessible but still challenging flow, providing a deep, grounded, and connected workout.
