Why I Practice:

To feel good in my body!  So much of my life has revolved around chronic pain and injury and a consistent holistic movement practice has helped me live a pain free life. Taking care of my physical body has been the vehicle to taking care of my mental health, and I love discovering the web of interconnectedness between body and mind. My movement practice makes me feel powerful.  

Why I Teach:

To pass on the tools I’ve found to be so valuable in my own healing journey. Watching my students connect with the material and feel empowered through movement is the most rewarding gift.
