Reformer

Our reformer classes are limited to 6 students. This level of intimacy allows each client to receive hands on adjustments and individualized feedback from the instructor. Classes will challenge core stability, improve flexibility, build strength, develop control and endurance for the entire body. All experience levels are welcome.

 

Iyengar

Slower pace. Focuses on classic postures and correct alignment in the body. 

 

Kundalini

Quick paced movements to strengthen the nervous system. 

 

Prenatal
